I really do like Dr. Loy and feel he is very knowledgeable, but his office and staff leave a lot to be desired. First of all they are borderline rude, especially the women who schedule and greet the patients. The only one who is pleasant, is the person who does the labs. The office is not adequate for the case load that this practice has, and because it is so busy, appears to be unorganized, and lacking in cleanliness. Finally, the biggest issue I have is the fact that they require your copay to be in cash only. Well, I paid in cash and don't recall ever receiving a receipt, and low and behold, a month later, I received a bill for my copay that was already paid in cash. This requirement is insane and a deal breaker for me. I really like Dr. Loy, but his office and 90% of his staff are train wrecks.

Dr. Loy is very knowledgeable and caring. He does take the time to explain everything to you. He was very thorough and was able to point out exactly what was wrong with me. I definitely recommend Dr. Loy as he is very professional and most of all extremely caring.

This doctor's office needs to find another person to work in the Referral Dept. The person that was there before, was GREAT! Now they have Mira. She is so RUDE and sends you to see a specialist doctor who is a distance away from where you live, instead of sending you to a doctor who is right near home and on my insurance plan. She is EXTREMELY LAZY and does NOT return phone calls. Whenever you have to speak to her, she acts like it is SUCH a bother. Mira, if you are not happy with your job, then QUIT and let someone else have it. I am sure that the office manager can find someone who is willing to work with patients, not AGAINST them.

My very first visit to this doctor, he said that I needed to have blood work. OK, fine. But I had already eaten breakfast and he said that it would not matter. Three weeks later, he told me that my test results were not in a good range. I told him, remember I already ate breakfast. He completely ignored me and ordered more tests that very same day and you guessed it....I already ate breakfast one hour before my appointment. The type of tests he ordered for me are ones where you MUST fast. Also, his staff is VERY rude and he does not see you at your scheduled time. Be ready for a wait of 2 hours!!

Dr. Loy is absolutely the best doctor here on earth. I have been going to him for many years now, and he has been able to detect what was wrong with me each time, when other doctors didn't know. He is very compassionate and you may have to wait long in the office before seeing him, but it is well worth it. Dr. Loy spends quality time with each patient and treats them as a human being, instead of a number. He is the best!

Dr loy is excellent, but his nurse never returns calls and if she does it's a day or two later. And forget the referral lady. She is so nasty and doesn't return calls.

He is the best doctor! The worst part about going there is the office staff, but trust me, it's worth it to see Dr. Loy. He's always right, every single time he's said something, it's been true. He returns calls, is very sweet and genuine in caring about his patients.
