I went in for something very simple. A little growth on my head that was frozen. Took not more than 2 minutes. I have a spending account with my insurance company. I am able to apply this spending account to my deductible. This office has their practice under a dentist account. So my card got declined. The lady at the front desk who refuse to give her name was very rude. She kept telling me that I have to pay my deductible. I know what I have to pay. I tried to explain to her 3 times but she refused to listen. Because of their faulty system running under a dentist account I had to pay with my own money which was fine because I can get it back, but the front desk person who refused to give her name, told me I have to wait a whole week in order to get an itemized bill. In this technology age, why would you need a whole week to send an itemized bill. Finally I called again to get the persons name for my records and she hung up on me. This is the worst treatment I have ever received in a doctors office.
Why is this office running their payment system as a dentist office??

Horrible.one of the staff members argued with me on behalf of an reaction i had with the medication. Like she was the doctor. This doctor is useless and clueless. And she is very manipulative.6 months of money down the drain.Just made my acne worse

She never cleans the First floor of her office building and she never cleans the restrooms on the First floor of her office building. She does a terrible job maintaining her office building. There is no parking spaces.

Horrible doctor. She made me wait for over 40 minutes to be seen, despite my having an appointment. When she did finally see me she was condescending when answering my questions and told me she didn't have all day to see me and had other patients waiting. She couldn't be more unprofessional.

Dr Berke is amazing and very knowledgeable! I was in Florida for a wedding, and had terrible head ache. She diagnosed me with Shingles right away
and and put me on medication. I recovered from shingles very quickly, thanks to Dr. Berke!!

This doctor is the best out there. Helped clear plaque psoriasis and has kept it under control for years. Getting appointments are easy, No long waiting lists to see her! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Best bed side manner I have seen in years!!!! Highly recommend her for medical and cosmetic procedures as well!!!!!!
