You will wait at lease an hour before your scheduled appt. Once seen, there will be no apology for the wait, just straight to the point. My skin has yet to be healed, after countless prescriptions & expensive medicine!

PREPARE TO WAIT! I normally go on Fridays (there short day) but there wait is so long however I will say it is so worth it. Dr. Rockley is very quick tho but gets the job done. He doesn't spend a lot of time talking to you, he just comes in, does the work and leaves. I like him because he is good with African American skin and males who have hair bumps on the face and back of the head. My face looks flawless and free of razor bumps thanks to him.
