Dr. Mader is fantastic. She may come across as introverted or less engaging at times, but that’s because she is focusing and assessing. Dr. Mader knows her stuff and she has overseen some major health issues for myself and my family. Some that other physicians missed. She does provide excellent bedside manner in our opinion. She seems to know when to be quick and efficient and wen to slow it down and eangage more fully. When I was recently navigating a major transition with my son, even though his issue was not her specialty, she took the time to listen, inform herself, help us make a plan with him and when appropriate, she willingly facilitated a referral to a specialist. Yet again, Dr. Mader came through for our family

I had dr Nader for 3 of my 4 pregnancies. She was very kind and knowledgeable. When my first child was born with troupes she was in to see her and myself. She was incredible. I would recommend her to anyone. Attttt

I love my doctor, I find that after I have tried to call several times the receptionist finally answers the phone , she needs to learn phone manners. Is she a self appointed gatekeeper? I usually get a call back from Dr. Judy the same day or an appointment lined up. I have never been kept waiting long. She is never trying to rush me out. She is a very nice and knowledgeable person.

In my 7 years with Dr Mader I found her to be a good doctor, helpful & always professional. She unfortunately has a receptionist who has been there too long. She rarely answers the phone, she's rude, rushed & not willing to help, acting like everything is an inconvenience to her. She is a poor reflection on any good Dr's office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mader's for over 10 years. In that time she has always been kind, knowledgeable, and done her best to offer solutions to any of my health concerns. Most recently I had my first ever bout of depression. Dr. Mader was able to identify this even before myself, recommended psychologists within the area and set up a treatment plan. I was very fortunate for the care she provided. Like others, whenever I have called and needed an appointment, the staff have provided timely appointments, or have done what they can to fit me in if the matter was urgent. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of this practice.

I have been a patient of Judy Mader’s since 1993.
I have NEVER experienced rudeness by reception; the staff are professional, efficient and trying their best to triage patient needs. I have always been given an appropriate appointment to match the urgency of my request.

Dr Mader is knowledgeable and efficient. Apart from when a surprise delivery has occured she has never kept me waiting. Any test results of note are always discussed with me. She is professional, reflective, and always listens. If there isn’t time, she is happy to see you in follow up. Thanks for all your work during Covid!

Dr mader called last night to offer us her support after the shootings in Nova Scotia. This is just one shining example of the level of genuine care she has provided us over the years. She has done many significant things over the years to help my husband and I who are young professionals trying to live life in spite of both having chronic illnesses ... she left a message saying she was thinking about us, especially my husband, who she remembered works with the RCMP and to call if we needed anything. So sweet and caring of her... we were very moved by her taking the time to make that call... especially in the midst of everything CoVid

I gave a terrible rating of the staff because of the receptionist. Whenever I call the clinic I feel like it's an imposition and they never have a pleasant look on their face. Not always, but more often than not.

I needed a refill on my prescription and I had only a few days left which I never let my pills get this low. This was due to extenuating circumstances in my life. The lady proceeded to talk down to me as if I had to be reprimanded for this. She told me to call the pharmacist to send in the request for a refill. She said the Dr will have to sign off on it "if" she signs it. She seemed to try a scare tactic on me, or it seemed that way. I said I would do this and the receptionist then ended the call telling me without explanation that I will have to pay a ten dollar fee the next time I come in. I have more unpleasant interactions with reception in this place than good.
