staff exceptionally rude and arrogant. was on time and had a hissy fit because did not arrive early to fill out forms, that took 2 minutes.
waited an hour in waiting room, then 30 minutes in exam room.
Dr came in, did exam, suggested he biopsy two dark spots on chin. One large one have had forever, he said he could laser off.. on bottom of chin and make up covers, so told him no. he did it anyways, left me with scar.
then to completely add insult, as I was leaving the assistant of some sort handed me a script for roseacea, something not dicsussed and that is mild and not concerned with. script was for something I tried many years ago and had a terrible re-action.
to be most annoying they called a few days later to tell me about biospy and I told them it turned into a bib scab, could i see DR and she told. - thats impossible and he is 5 months out. arrogant quack

Dr Rudolph is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor...His staff has been super. Been going to SunnyCoast for over 10 years!

Dr. Rudolph has been my doctor for many years and always been excellent . I wish I had him still but moved to live out my old age in Kalamazoo MI. Dr. Rudolph not only listened to me but checked out anything I thought might be wrong though he didn't at first. I would check back with him between living in different countries through the years and his staff worked hard to work me in. The problems I did have Dr. Rudolf fixed so that they showed very little, even my nose.
I don't think that you can get a better Doctor.

Dr. Rudolph's is an exceptional Doctor with his patients. However his front desk is very rude. to the point of hanging up on patient is the middle of the conversation. Not once but 3 times ! I think you need to give the front desk answering staff an attitude adjustment. As she is a reflection on you.

His Staff needs an attitude adjustment. They are RUDE and do NOT get back with people. Be prepared to CALL CALL CALL because as they state "They just don't have time" I hope they get "time" on the unemployment line. Have a nice day!

Wonderful doctor who seems genuinely interested in his patient. Seems very knowledgeable and spends time to investigate your visit.

Dr. Rudolph is an awesome doctor. He truly cares about his patients, and he is right on in his area of expertise. His entire staff is great. The only problem is that he has become very popular, so there is a long waiting period for a new patient to be seen.

Dr. Rudolph ranks as the best. He is concerned about his patients and knowledgeable in his specialty. His office staff is tops as well. The only problem is that because he is so good, he's become popular, and now the wait is longer. I would rather wait for him than be seen quickly by any other physician I can think of.
