I have been with Dr Dowie for over 10 years. I have excellent care. The office staff is wonderful. Many other doctors have said I have a top of the scale general doctor. She is the best.

always had to wait; did not send my medical records to my specialist for 3 weeks despite repeated requests, delayed my treatment, specialist said I got wrong diagnosis, worried for no reason

I have been a patient for probably ten years. Dr. Dowie and staff have always been accommodating, and are very knowledgeable. I feel I receive great care from a team who cares.

If you are forced to go to this office, schedule with Kelly, not the other girl! I made this mistake once, but will never see her again. Arrogant is keeping it PG for the Internet. I want to say more, but I won't.

Very nice office and staff. I love that they have evening appointments because it is very difficult for me to miss work. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family physician.

The environment when your first walk in the door is one of comfort and professionalism. The staff are always smiling and have great attitudes. The wait times are what I would consider average for a doctor's office, but the staff are happy to work with me when I call them to tell them I am running a few minutes late. This is not an office that is in a hurry to have you in and out, and on your way. Each and every practitioner really spends time with you, to answer all your questions, and truly go out of their way to help their patients! Thank you Elite Coastal Healthcare for taking such good care of me and my family members!

I have been a patient here for many years- followed them from Jupiter to Palm Beach Gardens. Office in Palm Beach Gardens has been much more organized and staff has been very informative and caring. I have no complaints regarding wait time. Some times I have waited as much as 30 minutes, yet other times I have been in and out in less than 15.

Dr. Dowie and Kelly have been very thorough in their management and care of me, and the new Nurse Practitioner was very pleasant during my recent visit.

Nurse practitioner is just not cut out for this field. As a paying patient I would like to be listened to. She appears to be a know it all on every illness and condition but offers no real answers. I couldn't get her to stop talking about herself the entire office visit. Everytime I tried to redirect conversation she gave me a sarcastic smirk.

I have been a patient for several years and have watched this practice decline quickly. The addition of the newest NP makes me feel like the doctor just hires the cheapest most unskilled people around. I don't pay to see a doctor only to be put in with a child who talks to me like I am an idiot. Clearly this NP lacks social skills and arrogance is the only thing she excels in! I, like the other reviewers, will not go back to this office.
