Don’t go there they are rude and treat you with all sarcasm and they don’t care about your health at all! Extremely rude! That is a business not a place that have to be empathetic a little

Very happy. Virtual attendants were polite and helpful, very neat check in process. Staff was very nice. Dr Dowie was thorough and spent time going over the plans for my care. Great experience overall.

Can hardly call her a doctor.... more like a Gestapo...she came in with a huff and shamed me.... No kindness or care or value of patient. She did nothing for me. More concerned about her liability than what I came in there for. Worst visit ever.. Don't bother seeing her.

She will tell you one thing in her office. Then get your lab results and send cryptic one liner messages with the result. When you ask a question back she is rude and condescending. She assumed my taking a month to get the labs done was because I wasn’t in dire need. Not bothering to ask - she assumed. Doctors should never assume. Don’t trust her. Her response to my question was to tell me I owed her a small balance. She’s rude and after your money only. Don’t waste your time.

This is my EX-doctor for many reasons--her attitude, rude bedside manner, kept me waiting a long time/many times when no other PT in office, rushed through appts, refused to take calls would only call at end of the day if I was lucky. Found a good PCP who listens!

I have seen all practitioners here-- Dr. Dowie, ARNP Kelly Spencer, PA Kirsten Samples, and Pharmacist Tara Snyder. They and their support staff are amazing. I recently had a biopsy procedure done. Prior, Dr. Dowie responded immediately to my numerous online messages of questions and fear-- OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND! The procedure can be quite painful, but she is so good at what she does that honestly, it was minimal. Our health care system & practices are tremendously challenged right now-- like limiting staff & patients per social-distancing regulations, completely disinfecting rooms which limits room availability, backed up well-visits, lagging lab results... etc. In the midst of all this, Dr. Dowie and her staff continue to give the highest quality care, while showing compassion and patience. THANK YOU!

Got bloodwork done, called and said it was an emergency, waited 45 minutes and dr. Was not there for appt., would not give me test results, had to go to a new dr.m, nothing wrong

Amazing Doctor and staff. Dr. Dowie is kind, knowledgeable and takes the time to consult and explain her medical treatment. I highly recommend this caring and friendly professional.

Love Dr.Dowie I love how you can go and get multiple things done instead of going to 10 different doctors. Her staff is great too. I had my yearly physical and it was nice to be able to get what I needed done in her office. Dr.Dowie is very sweet and pleasant.
