While at Trillium Hospital - Mississauga site, I was monitored daily at the Labour Assessment Unit. I was happy to see Dr Peter Scheufler again. He delivered my first daughter and recently assisted review prior to delivery. He continues to provide outstanding medical care. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. His bright funny personality puts patients at ease. He is excellent!!!

I recently had a hysterectomy. He was sent the results by he pathologist saying that her were signs of cancer. When he called me he had such a calm voice, probably giving me the worst news in my lifetime. He referred me to an oncologist within 3 days I have an appointment. His calm voice really did help me. With whatever the future hold for me

surgeons are classified as street criminals by insurance companies due to improper surgical procedures causing permanent injury. This surgeon cuts organs out and leaves them which is a serious issue. A medical degree is no longer prestigious rather very questionable in approach in harming the patients. A physiotherapist is smarter than this surgeon. Go straight to Sunnybrook, not this man. A good team of female surgeons.

So knowledgeable and really great bedside manner. Takes all the fear out of pregnancy and delivery. Beyond his excellent capabilities as a doctor, he is a really good person and easy to talk to. Office receptionist is also very nice, polite and helpful.

I was a scared, pregnant 17 year old, 23 years ago when I started seeing Dr. Sheuffler. He treated me with nothing but kindness and gave me excellent care and he was always very personable. I'll never forget him. Actually, same with the receptionist, she was very kind as well. I was always astonished at her memory and how she seemed to recognize everyone that came in.

I am surprised to see so many good reviews. I have felt for a long time like I was being treated as a number to be funneled through as fast as possible. But that's not my biggest issue. While on medication he put me on, I gained a lot of weight fast and when I aired this concern was told the medication doesn't do that and to cut my calories (I was already at 1200 per day and still gaining). At Every appointment I had an iud pushed on me. The last time I saw him when I once again tried to discuss my endo pain that I have had for decades that I just wanted relief from, I got told that it's only ten years and then I'll be in menopause. That's when I decided to I find a new obgyn. If you're male and an obgyn you should at least understand these issues and believe your patients and HELP them.

Dr. Scheufler has been my specialist for 20+ years. He has always been friendly and offers complete explanations for any issues, concerns, and procedures. He is always available to discuss anything in further depth or review current or proposed treatments. He answers with sincerity and with true care and understanding. Exactly what is needed in a medical practitioner.

He delivered 2 of my kids and had always been very helpful and attentive and most of all puts you at ease!! Doesn’t take himself too seriously. And makes you feel 100% comfortable!!
