I did like going to Dr Vittorio for a while. I feel her expertise is top tier. I also liked her willingness to find free medication samples when I couldn't afford them. Unfortunately, I started to not like her lack of returning phone calls and her inaccessibility to patients when I had urgent questions. She also seems to take a patient coming in late as grounds for dismissal, which is cruel and unusual when a patient calls in saying they are stuck on the train.I dont' know if she has burnout or whatnot, but I just wish she could be more reverent and caring to patients.
