Dr. St. Amour does not listen to her patients or take their needs seriously. She does not take the time to care for her patients holistically. Extremely disappointed with the care received and will be switching family physicians as soon as others start accepting new patients.

I love Lisa!! What a difference. She has made that office a pleasant place. Dr St Amour has always been the best but that Heather was terrible. Welcome Lisa! So happy you are here, don't ever leave! Thank you Dr St Amour for making my visits and making appointments so much easier now.

Dr St. Amour is an awesome doctor. She spends way too long with each patient making everyone's wait time longer than it should be. If she would not repeat herself so much, it would cut down on time spent in examining room. Her receptionist Heather was always a joy to deal with and very accommodating. Too bad she left for another doctor's office, probably because of all the entitled, horrible comments on here. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Dr.St.amour has been my physician since she started her practice, and has alway gone above and beyond for me and my family. She is knowledgeable and caring. She is very proficient in making sure that your whole health is covered (physical and mental). Heather on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. I have seen all ends of the spectrum personality wise from her, but most often it is short tempered and rude.

Dr. St. Amour is by far the most compassionate doctor I have ever met. Her receptionist Heather, however, has never treated me with compassion and it always turns my visit into a negative one before I even have a chance to see the doctor. I have been going to Dr. St. Amour for years and I can say with certainty that not once has Heather treated me kindly. I know she has a lot to do, but we all have a lot to do at our jobs. Moreover, when your job is to deal with the public, you have to treat the public with respect. I have always shown her nothing but kindness and yet she always shuts it down. I greet her with a smile and a "how are you today, I love your scrubs!" and she replies, "I need your heath card" without looking up from her computer screen. If she looked up she would see that I already have it ready and in my hand waiting to give to her. I recently had a VERY pressing medical issue and after Heather told me that there was nothing she could do for me, sounding flabbergasted that I would have the audacity to try and see my doctor that day, I went to the clinic and I couldn't believe how kind the clinic's receptionist treated me. It's free to be kind!

Heather Heather Heather is the worst unprofessional, rude and just plain unpleasant to be around I hate going there but love the doctor it’s so bad I walk on eggshells when I bring my children in because I don’t want them to make any noise my daughter was reading a book and Heather open her window and gave the nastiest look to us if she’s gone this place would be 5 stars

She is as smart as they come. Her diagnostic skills are stellar and her ability to explain medical terminology are also fantastic.
