This doctor refused to give me a referral to a specialist. I went to the specialist and was diagnosed with a sleep disorder and the doctor still refused to give me a future referral. They took an oath to do no harm but I feel harmed because they are preventing me from receiving the care and treatment I need and deserve as a human being. Needless to say, I am no longer a patient with this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Patel for many year's. She does listen to what ever I have to say and very understanding and she will go out of her way to help me in any way she can.The staff is okay but I will not change anything about Dr. Patel at all.When you have been seen bye the same Doctor for the last 19 years then she must be doing something right,I feel she a good doctor you just have to get to know her and learn how to understand her when she talks,it was hard at first but now I understand her really well.and if you dont understand then let her know she will explain it to you until you understand.I LOVE DR. PATEL SHE REALLY DOES CARE FOR HER PATIENTS!!!<Woodham> Really likes Dr.Patel, She is Awsome Doctor!!!

We found this doctor not to be a good listener (interrupting our explanations, for example). On more than one occasion, we were not able to bring up all our issues; she seems to want to deal with only one or two health issues at a time.
