I wish I could give this practice zero starts because the service is HORRIBLE. They always rush you out of the door and rush through the questions you ask. As a patient I need to be educated on what diagnosis they are giving and what medications they prescribe. The front desk assistant Cheryl is always rude and provides no customer service. The nurse practitioner Jesse talks so quickly, rushes through your appointment, and doesn't answer your questions either. When you call they transfer you person to person and don't let you talk with the doctors. I would not recommend this place at all.

Should not be in business. Staff are horrible and do not even know how to take Blood Pressure properly. I didn't even want one of them touching me because her nails and teeth were dark yellow from smoking. Disgusting! I saw her outback smoking when I arrived. Didn't even wash her hands when she walked in. I agree with the post below this. The staff needs to go back to school on customer service. Very rude and poor attitudes!

I've been a patient of Dr Jackie's for years and I find her to be compassionate and knowledgeable. I would not have another PCP. She has referred me to the right Specialists every time I needed them. Some of the office staff may need a refresher course in customer service but not all of them. As a Nurse I realize patients can be difficult but that is when you need to be calm and kind.

Dr. Azelvandre, and I use the term doctor loosely is afraid to be a doctor. Her staff is very rude and becomes annoyed when asked to do their job. They usually are too busy discussing loudly what they are having for lunch or who ate what. This doctor stated that she was not able to prescribe a certain medication because it was a controlled substance, but when pushed admitted she could prescribe it, but chose not to, simply because she's afraid of being a doctor. Go to her for Juviderm, Tylenol or cough drops. Very unprofessional and thinks anyone will fall for what she states at the truth unless you are intelligent and ask questions then will admit the truth.

Honestly, I'm very unimpressed with this office and will never return. I found out I am pregnate And needed a referral for insurance purposes. I handed the front desk ladies my insurance card. I was called up the window several times and asked (in front of others) information regarding my Insurance. Over and over again. I was called up to the window 5 times and was told they could not verify my insurance so I could either leave or pay out of pocket. I guess they don't have the option of billing Insurance and waiting for the result first. I was then brought back to the exam room asked a few simple questions (was not even given a test to verify my pregnancy) and was then brought to the front desk by the dr herself and asked for payment of 100$ for a simple signature on a piece of paper. How a doctor could take money from someone like that is beyond me. If the tables were turned I would have said don't worry about it, good luck with the baby! I guess she's more greedy than concerned with her patients care. It blows my mind that for the 120 seconds I spent with her she could with good conscious charge me like that.

I have been a patient of Dr. A's for over 10 years. I have been very pleased with her care and attentiveness. She has always listened to me and was very compassionate. She found medical issues that others did not find with me and had them treated and cleared up. I would not ever think of seeing another physician except for the fact that I am moving out of state. I like her so much, I have considered flying back for appointments and will really miss her comforting expertise. She also referred me to specialists and I was always very happy with their care as well and felt they were top notch physicians.

I went to Dr. A when I was looking for a new doctor but that did not work out. I don't mind waiting because I want a doctor that will take the time to listen. During the few visits I had, she did not take the time to explain things to me and didn't stand up for me when I had an issue with a DME. I referred 3 others to her practice and they all quit her also.

Very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. She takes her time with you and answers all of your questions. I agree that the staff it’s the friendliest but being in the medical field I know that patients tend to be very rude to the staff so if you just smile and show a friendliness to them you well get the same warmth in return. Also, for those complaining about the wait time…. You would also complain if the doctor didn't time her time with you and answer all of your question. Understand that different patients/visits require different amounts of time. If it were you with tons of questions to be answered you wouldn't want the doctor to cut you short just to rush to see the next patient.

Dr. Jackie is very helpful and kind but I will not be seeing her anymore because of her staff. They are not pleasant at all. I noticed on most of the comments on here that the feeling is mutual. What a shame. It makes a difference when the office staff greet you in a warm manner. However, the staff at this office DO NOT! They are very rude and that's unacceptable in my eyes. I am now going to a new Dr. who has compationate staff.
