He has been excellent. I was scheduled and seen promptly, and he arranged surgery within a few days. He is polite and takes the time to review everything with me and to answer my questions. It appears he did an excellent job with the surgery - I'm progressing along the lines he suggested. I would definitely recommend him. Keep in mind he's an orthopedic surgeon with a very busy practice. I didn't expect him to hold my hand. I just wanted him to know what he was doing when he picked up the scapel!

Showed up 15 minutes early with paperwork filled out from website, and was seen 5 minutes before appt. X-rays went quick, and all assistants were very nice. I do not know about previous reviewers, but Dr Papa listened, gave very knowledgeable advice as compared to 5 hours of internet research, and had me scheduled for surgery in two days (at our request). The only slight wait was for pre-surgery paperwork, but given that we did two appointments in one, I would not really ding them for that. I will report back after surgery.

He might be knowledgeable, but knowledge means NOTHING when a doctor does not take the time to LISTEN to his patients. When I go to him I feel like he is the angry father I never had. I went to him twice and don't plan on going back. He is also borderline rude and does not show any concern for other people's feelings or time. I would definitely not recommend him.

My experience with this dr was terrible.Very rude and no bedside manner with me. I left last appt crying because of his rudeness. Never went back and never will.
