That very negative review is WAY off base and sounds like someone has an axe to grind! Dr. Aggarwal has been my doctor for close to 15 years. He is very caring and knowledgeable. (The two most important considerations for me.) I could go on and on, but suffice to say, you will be making a good decision in choosing him as a primary doctor. Yes, occasionally there is a small dog in a back office...big deal. Actually it's cute and friendly. A doctor who is a pet-lover only adds to his reputation, in my book.

Dr Aggarwal was my Aunts DR. She saw him for 5 months for pains in her back and side. He did all kinds of tests, and sent her to an orthopedic Dr. last he sent her to an Oncologist, she was diagnosed with Cancer and died 3 weeks later. What was this Dr doing other than milking her for tests and visits.... Really he did not see cancer, she had lung cancer, cancer in her spine and every bone in her body, she had it in her spine and pancreas.... and he missed it???????

I have been seen by Dr Shiv Aggarwal for 10 years. He has been a very good doctor for me. He listens and goes over my chart checking test results and shots I need to update.He visited me everyday while I was in hospital.He came right away when I had a infection from hip surgery.He ordered a infection specialist, who was there within and hour and on a weekend. Yes, he has a cute dog at times. It makes me smile,dog is never allowed in rooms. If it helps relief stress of being a doctor, good.It also shows that he is a caring person.The dog is very well behaved and mostly stays in backroom. Yes at times you have to wait, when it is your turn he doesn't rush. He takes walk ins and patients with emergency.so times get set back, wouldn't you like to think he would really help you when in need. If time is that crucial you could call ahead. he also has to keep up with insurance plan and what it will cover. We don't always agree, I trust his judgement knowing that he is looking out for me.

Doctor Aggarwal and his Staff are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCARING people I have ever encountered. Wait time in office is 2hours to be called back and another 30-60 min to see the Dr who doesn't care, talks down to you and doesn't care. His staff doesn't call with test results, they violate HIPAA beyond belief. They talk nasty about patients and leave their window to their reception open so you hear everything about every patient leaving, great place to steal identity because you hear ALL their personal info from AVIS at the front desk. Dirty office with a dog running and jumping. Have the attitude of "It's not my fault" when patients don't get called back or things don't get done and Dr has the same attitude and doesn't listen to his patients. EKG's done wrong, Breathing machine pieces NEVER cleaned just moved to another jar for re-use (GERMS!) The Dr needs to wake up and realize he is losing patients because he doesn't care!! Don't waste your time with him or his staff!!!
