This place has got to be the closest thing to a medical assembly-line than I have ever seen. They came recommended by my wife's OB and I can honestly say that is the only thing her OB did wrong They are arrogant and make you feel like your bothering them. I asked for a male a doctor for my son and every time we get there they do the bait and switch and try to give us either a Physician Assistant (I'm paying for a Dr.) or one of the female Dr.s Don't troll me on this - If a parent wants a female Dr. for their daughter and it's OK then I can request a male for my son. And that's not the issue - the issue is they are playing musical staff with my son. Their billing department is rude and even condescended us for having Obamacare. I cannot recommend them to anyone - and in fact today I have called our General Practitioner and asked him for a recommendation.

Dr. Toff is demeaning and nasty. He makes you feel like a villian, because your child is ill, and he didn't deem it a necessary visit. Two days later we saw another doctor, because our child was screaming in pain, and they diagnosed a severe ear infection (my original suspicion). We left the practice, and realized the office staff emulates Dr. Toff's behavior. Years after we left the practice, they called to tell me my child's records were ready for pick up. I never requested records and when I called the office they advised they had a patient with the same name, and mixed up the records. This happened more than once. The last time they called me to pick up my child's medical records I again called and advised that this was totally unacceptable, and could not continue to happen, because I was concerned how many times the other family might have had access to my child's records. The office staff advised me that could never happen and hung up on me.

this doctor and his staff missed several SERIOUS medical issues with my child; she could have died....and he wouldn't return my calls! Just as others have stated, he's very busy attempting to demonstrate how intelligent he is...find a caring and knowledgeable staff elsewhere!

Dr Toff was my doctor for about 15 years. He was always friendly, helpful, and remembered what I had been in for before. It was not uncommon for him to call and check up after an illness. He even let me come in for one last physical (for college) even though I was technically too old to go to him. Thumbs up to Dr Toff!

Dr. Toff is very knowledgeable, but I agree, and I have friends who say the same...horrible bedside manners. He is very impersonal.

Dr. (and his staff) is completely unknowledgeable about the care of intact boys. As a mother of two intact boys (and two intact girls...not that female circ is legal in America), this is a problem as I ALWAYS have to remind them to keep their hands off. Also, as a mother of 4, I really hate the policy of having to completely redo all paperwork (about 3 pages per child) if you have any minor change in information. My husband's company changes their insurance every year! Can't they just put the updated information into the computer, then print out a new information sheet that I can sign? None of the other practices I've ever used have this policy.

dr.toff is amazing with my child ad other children he sees. my daughter was very ill and was hospitialized and he was very good with her. he called for the next day after she was discharged to see how she was.
