I have never waited more than 10 mins for appts. My daughter, 4, absolutely LOVES Dr. Alvarado and so do I. He is not an alarmist, but takes your concerns seriously. He is so good with my daughter, takes his time chatting with her, and makes me feel like my daughter is his most important patient. I have NEVER had a problem getting my daughter in when she is sick the same day, and most of the time it is with Dr. Alvarado. We have seen 2 other practioners there and have not had any issues. Thank you!

Dr. Alvarado is quite possibly the best doctor on the planet. He is not only very knowledgeable, and very helpful, but he is considerate, caring, and most of all, VERY Sincere in his care for children. I only wish his office staff was better. They are never kind and polite, and don't provide good customer service. However, the on-call nurses are usually helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.
