A caring professional. Dr. Rosenthal is very thorough and direct but also sensitive to people's needs.

This woman overmedicated me to the point where I failed an exam. She had no comminication with my general practitioner and he was unaware of her adjusting my medications.
She also failed to recommend that I report sexual harassment in the work place to the appropriate authorities while I was being harassed during her care.
This woman should not be practicing.

Dr Rosenthal was very compassionate to my problems and helped me see them. There was no miracles worked just honest observations that helped me threw a very difficult time in my life,I have recommended her to many friends and family and they to felt that she was exactly what they needed to help them .

Dr Rosenthal is a no nonsense, tell it like it is therapist. She is not warm and fuzzy, she is totally honest and has helped me more in a few months that any therapist has in 20 years. She knows trauma and she knows how to treat it. She is definitely worth spending some time with.

Dr. Rosenthal is direct and to the point. Sometime, that is what a person needs to see what is in front of them.

I am currently a patient of Dr Susan Rosenthal and I have to say that she has been my saving grace..she has taken me from a life of depression anxiety and panic ,and has shown me that there is hope, I dont have to live like this ,and everyday I practice the tools she has given me with much success.I was at the point in my life where I didnt think I would or could ever be happy and she has been teaching me ways to turn things around and face my past and embrace my future.I am still a work in progress but I am optimistic that I will face each day with a smile instead of tears and fears...She has been compassionate, understanding , and firm.I dont know where I would be if it werent for her. I would and have recommened her to many friends and family memebers all of which have thanked me for refering her . For those of you that have had negative experience, perhaps you were not ready for the therapy .Thank You Dr Rosenthal for all you have done and are doing to help me love life again .

Insensitive, only wants to hear herself talk, not patients. All ego, doesn't care about patients.

Anyone who labels Dr. Rosenthal as either "insensitive" or "viscious" is probably so ensnared in their own issues that they are projecting these issues on Dr. Rosenthal. I was a patient of this Dr. for two extended periods of my life, with an extended period between the two times. Both times Dr. Rosenthal was helpful in giving me the tools that have altered my life for the better. I learned there is no "cure" for the things in the past that have brought me to dysfunction. Anyone who expects the Dr. to turn back time and change things needs to get a grip on reality. All the therapist can do is identify the past trauma, point it out to you and what it has done to make you dysfunctional, then, help you to cope with this in the future. It is not a "happy" and "joyful" experience, the discovery of these things. However, the light at the end of the tunnel and the new views on life that are facilitated are very much worth the journey. Dr. Rosenthal is the best travel guide. A Genius!
