Wonderful Dr who cares about his patient, with an office staff that goes above to make sure I was taken care of while I was in the office. Everytime I walk in the door, they address me by name and I feel as though I'm in good hands.

Dr. Rosequist explains things in a way I can understand. He does not rush me, has a great sense of humor. Is very kind and helpful.

While Dr. Rosequist may be an exceptional physician, experience with the office staff for the last 5 days in an attempt to secure an appointment for a new patient has been unacceptable. A 97 year old healthy patient was referred to Dr. Rosequist by a cardiologist for whom we have the highest regard on all levels. After numerous unreturned phone calls and messages, having initially researched the online information to confirm accepted healthcare insurance, the call today was passed to 3 office personnel none of whom had an interest in finding a solution as they were categorically rejecting the insurance listed and were not interested in referring to another colleague. . The original personal recommendation from a colleague apparently doesn't insure any consideration whatsoever. Unfortunately the office personnel are often an indication of future issues. Apparently human consideration is a rapidly disappearing attribute that has been surpassed by revenue streams commensurate with unacceptable , unprofessional behavior.

I had a horrible experience speaking with Rosequist on the phone today, Christmas Eve. While speaking with him he smirked on the phone so I asked him why he did that and he reminded me it's Christmas Eve. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He obviously has an agenda other than helping patients suffering from dizziness and high blood pressure.

Have been going to Family Practice for 8+ years and only saw PCP once. Staff can not schedule. Always want me to come back to 'explain' what they told me on the phone so they could get paid another visit. two years ago I was diagnosed as Anemic. This year I was diagnised as High Cholesteral? No Longer anemic? Did nothing for my pain in Broken hand, Did nothing for my heartburn, Only wanted to get my in some sort of perscription is my thought. Be Cautious! Long Wait Times.

Excellent doctor with a lot of knowledge. You feel like he really cares about you. He is very busy so it is not always easy to get an appointment with him. The only thing I would say that we are not happy with is the fact he does not go to the hospital and uses hospitalist. We feel uncomfortable not seeing our own doctor and familiar face when we are in the hospital. Karey and Glynn Denise Franklin

This is a REAL family practice, literally. The doctors and nursiing staff are excellent, as is the support staff. My family does not feel like a "number" with these doctors and staff, who go out of their way to make you better. Never a problem for an appointment on the same day if you are sick.

Excellent doctor if/when you get to see him. He's getting way too busy. I've had to leave multiple "appointments" 45 minutes after the "scheduled" time due to other commitments, without seeing anyone. The staff just says he's very busy. they need training on how to schedule his time correctly.

This is a great doctor who likes to treat the whole family, like it used to be. In addition to a GP & Pediatrics, he has worked ob/gyn, trauma, endocrinology & many more, he was USF doctor, his experience is vast. He's also a great diagnosticion. He's also easy to talk to. Very personable. But a very busy man! I've been his patient for over 15 year now, and he now treats my 5 yr old daughter and husband. -Kim Henrich
