Dr. Mountjoy is very knowledgable however she is rarely on time. This past month I was in the hospital, she didn't have time to see me before being admitted to the hospital nor did she have the time to visit while I was there for 4 days :(

I have been with Margo since she opened her practice over 20 years ago. She is an amazing doctor as well as person. She is a very strong advocate for and supporter of her patients. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has called me at home after hours and from her own home to check on me; if that doesn't say something about her as a caring doctor and human being, I don't know what does. There are times when I have had to wait, but I know that when it is my turn, I am going to be given her complete attention and that she will treat me as the individual I am, and provide the best possible health care that there is. I am so happy to have her as my GP, and I cannot say enough about her.

i've been seeing this doctor for many years and overall very happy with her. The wait time is ridiculous but that's with most doctors. To many patients not enough doctors.

Although Margo is a great doctor....I am tired of having to deal with this office. They are always on vacation and then are booked for two weeks solid after......PLUS they only work three full days a week. I understand that they need a "life" but how many people in this world work a full week with kids and still take work home. I am a healthy individual, so I rarely need to go to their office and when I do I always leave angry due to the wait time (have waited up to 2 hours). If I as a professional have to somewhat maintain my appointments, wasting time in their office impacts my life. What also angers me is that when I do actually have a serious issue (like right now) I can't get in to see them for two weeks.....so I will, as often I do, end up in a walk in clinic. I am seriously so tired of this........and the Ontario Health Care system....but they need to rethink their practise and hire another MD for their office. THis is RIDICULOUS.

Excellent family physician. She makes you feel like a friend rather than a patient. Very honest, great sense of humour and very intelligent. Long wait times are worth it, although she could use a bigger waiting room.

Love having Margo as my GP! She's thorough, knowledgable, and proactive. Although I often have to wait past my appointment, she's worth every minute. Besides, most doctors run behind schedule.

Our whole family loves Margo. Myself in middlessence, 3 grown daughters, small children She is terrible at keeping patients waiting but worth the attention when you get in. She is more than ready and willing to refer and takes good care of all of us.
