Horrible doctor. Told her I was desperate for hormones as suffering hot flashes up to 5 an hour, every hour. Wasted 2 weeks of my time, had blood test and wouldn’t prescribe them after all that. Did tell me I had high cholesterol. Have been eating cheeseburgers and pizza ever to wrap things up as quickly as possible. Did way more harm than good.

Absolutely beyond frustrating and disappointing. I've been feeling so ill, I rarely see a Dr., and she was the clinic Dr. who returned my call. I waited for her call which was 45 minutes past scheduled time. I told her I was very weak and dizzy and would like to have my iron tested as that's been a past problem. She said yes and then nearly hung up on me as she was in such a rush. I rarely see a Dr. and I was furious about this interaction. I had to say "wait, wait, wait" to keep her on the call past one minute. She did not ask me a single question about my symptoms. Our total phone call time was 3 minutes. If I could upload the screenshot of our call time, I would. What a joke. Maybe I'll teach your children one day, so I can return the same level of professional courtesy you showed me, Cara Wilson-Haffenden. I waited a week to write this review so I would be less furious.

Cara has been our family doctor for years. She is amazing and helpful. I trust her diagnosis and I trust her with my kids health.

My mother had been experiencing severe pain for several months when she saw Dr Wilson-Haffenden on June 10, 2019. For her pain, Dr Wilson-Haffenden recommended Tylenol. The following day, my mother was admitted to Lions Gate Hospital. On June 13 she was diagnosed with cancer of the liver and pancreas. She died on July 2.

I switched her to a much better doctor and I am glad I did! She could care less about your health.
She is there too busy making money. Careless and indifferent. Never again!

Dr Wilson-Haffenden is a wonderful doctor who I have been seeing for over a decade. Always takes time to find a solution to any problem I may have and is always very caring and warm. Always provides me with the proper prescription or advice. Highly recommend.
