Walked out of arthroscopic knee surgery for 2 torn menisci and a Baker's Cyst. I had very little pain, minimal swelling and was pretty much back to normal in 3 days and I am 64! I would highly recommend him. Also, I had very little wait time in his office which unusual in busy ortho practices.

Though would have to wait a long time to get an appointment, but was able to get one right away. Dr Bailie and his staff was very helpful. It was a surprisingly pleasant appointment and I will definitely go back if I have problems again.

I went with a friend to see Dr. Bailie after his name was suggested repeatedly by former patients, therapists and other docs. He is so popular and yet was able to accommodate us sooner but there was a wait.(hence massage therapist in the wait area) His knowledge was obvious-options plentiful.DID NOT do surgery until absolutely needed. His PA ( Perry) is an elite runner who helped my friend as well with her running concerns. Dr. Bailie called that evening to follow up surgery. Answered emails.Understandably wants patient to be part of recovery with therapy and compliance. No wonder people come here from all over the world! Everyone my friend and I have given his name to feels the same way.

Dr. Bailie performed rotator cuff/biceps tendon repair to both of my shoulders - his demeanor is not unlike many Doctors who have busy schedules. His manner was friendly and slightly hurried but he ALWAYS answered my questions. I am very happy with the surgeries - the rehab was not amusing but my shoulders/biceps are repaired. I have, and will continue to recommend him to friends and family. The office is a large and busy one, staff was friendly - wait times were resonable.

As an Occupational Therapist who treats shoulder and upper extremilty injuries daily, I can attest to his thoroughness and fantastic bedside manner. He really knows his anatomy and I would highly recommend him to anyone having shoulder issues.

I was glad I looked up his web page as I found it helpful. He had a massage therapist in the waiting area for us. I overheard many patients speaking highly of him. He is state of the art- hence the large amount of patients. His staff was friendly and I appreciated how he spoke to me in layman's terms. He told me what it WASN"T and explained my options. My physical therapist RAVED about his work and the success of his patients. I have since emailed him and he is great about asking/answering my questions. Everyone I know who has used him feels the same way. Asking other surgeons both here and in other states ( and countries!) always gave me the same answer- he is extremely well respected in the medical community.

Dr Bailie is absolutelty amazing! He is one of the very few doctors who offers the whole package. He is not only a very skilled surgeon, but he also seems to always have knowledge on the latest and greatest possible treatments. The thing I may even love the most about Dr Bailie is his ability to interact with patients. It is difficult to find an intelligent and skilled doctor that also actually has people skills. Dr. Bailie was willing to answer any of my questions and he calmed my apprehension with surgery. Dr. Bailie really helped me and I am so thankful someone recommended him to me. If you have a shoulder problem Dr. Bailie is your guy!
