Very dismissive! Was quick to make assumptions to what was going on with my health rather than investigate fully (tests etc.).

This doctor seemed to only care about covering herself, regardless of how negatively this impacted me. When she was my doctor (for a very short time), I explained to her that a specific medication had been working for me for years, but she refused to continue me on it. On top of that, even though it was obvious she didn't know what exactly was wrong with me (concerning a different problem), she went ahead and wrote me a script for a medication that I had concerns about. She didn't care, and just ignored me. She had no interest in putting me at ease and trying to help me understand why she was giving me that specific medication, without knowing what the real issue was. She has a condescending attitude and is just plain rude. I would not recommend her to anyone that I care about.

I have had this doc for a few years and have had nothing but trouble and attitude from her horribly rude staff, the only reason I kept with her was because you can get an appt. so fast! This last and final time I went to her she refused to see me because I had access but was over the age 21 and would not take cash from my BF to pay for my appt visit so that I could get my prescriptions from her that she knows I need to "function". This doctor really does not care about the patients she has done this to me before when I needed her to sign a paper so I could get my anti-depressants through the actual company she would not sign it she insisted I needed to come in and pay a co-pay for a medicine she had been giving to me for a few years now, she is rude and her staff is even worse.

Dr. Rubin-Toles is great! She has helped us so much with all of the special needs my son has.
