Dr Gull and staff are the best. They went above and beyond to take great care me. Dr Gull took the time to explain my situation and what to expect. His team is amazing and we are lucky to have such a great doctor in this province. His receptionist Heather is very kind and informative. Thank you Dr Gull and team.

I recently had a septoplasty done by Dr.Gall and had a very pleasant experience ( about as pleasant as a surgery could be). He was very informative and always asked if I had any questions from my initial consult with him to right before my procedure. Dr.Gall, his resident and other support staff made me feel calm and at ease prior to my procedure. As soon as I was out of surgery, Dr.Gall personally called my family member to let them know surgery went well and I was in recovery. I have had 2 previous surgeries before this one and I have never had the surgeon directly contact my family member following the procedure so I found that particularly thoughtful. He also made sure to personally stop by my hospital bed while I was recovering to check in on me. Additionally, I am very pleased with the results of the surgery. I am only 2 days post operation and already breathing through my nose better than I have in the last 3 years.

He also had an excellent resident working with him who was very friendly and professional. She removed my nasal packing the following day and was very patient and empathetic.

Lastly, his receptionist is amazing! Heather was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with leading up to my surgery. She would email or call me back very quickly and made my overall experience with Dr.Gall's office an enjoyable one!

I really appreciated my visit with Dr. Gall. He is very professional and attentive. He responded to all my questions, and gave me the time I needed. He did not rush me through the appointment, and I highly recommend him.

I went to this doctor and he did a quick exam saying nothing was wrong then I got referred to a different ENT (at the same clinic) within 5 minutes he found nasal polyps and told me I need a future surgery. I wouldn’t trust what he has to say.

Going to Dr Gall was a complete waste of time. I waited for over 5 weeks to get into see him and left his office feeling worse than when I went in. I thought that he would be able to help instead he did a quick exam (less than 5 minutes) and didn't want to hear anything I said. A walk in clinic did a more thorough review than he did. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS PERSON. HE IS MORE CONCERNED WITH HIMSELF THAN ANYONE WHO COMES TO HIM FOR HELP. He is very arrogant and has no consideration for his patients.

Not very personable very harsh
He don’t care of your opinion. Just wants you in and out. Usually have to wait as he comes in when he feels like it. I waited on his office once for an hour. No discussion just his opinion.

Dr. Gall runs a tight ship. He’s pretty much always on time and doesn’t dilly dally around once you are in his office. He gets to the point which I appreciate and offers recommendations and follow up. No time for long drawn out conversations with patients which I appreciate as it keeps him on time. He is personable and professional.

Dr. Gall was by far the worst physician I have ever seen. He completely disregarded what was clearly stated on my CT. He said my sinuses were good and anything else I would have to see someone else...I was there for my thyroid. I was in and out of the ER and was referred to him, I asked if he would be able to write me a doctors note for work, he flat out said no. I now understand why it was so easy to get an appointment. If you want any sort of bedside manner, competence, and care, please don’t waste your time with him. Your role is to take care of your patients, not treat them like a waste of time.

I was really looking forward to my ENT appointment, but I left Dr. Galls office shocked and feeling upset and hopeless. Not only does he have poor bedside manner, but he comes across as very chauvinistic and condescending. You are moved around his office from room to room and machine to machine like cattle with little to no explanation, in and out as fast as he can get you Save your breath, he doesn't even care to listen to what you're experiencing. It seems like if he doesn't think you will need surgery, your issues aren't worth his time or effort.
