I waited over 4 months to see him only to be dismissed after a cursory visit of less than five minutes. Calling him a specialist is a disgrace to the profession as my visit was totally useless and unproductive. Allowing him to scam the health care system with such lack of interest and attention is a farce.

Asked me to explain what issues I was having and before I could finish answering, stuck something up my nose to look without warning. Rude and impatient.

Dr Gall is incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Had a throat surgery for mild sleep apnea and it was successful. He was great through the entire process. So glad I went to him!

Based on my personal experience and observations, I have reservations about Dr. Richard Gall's level of expertise. From my interactions and encounters with him, I've found his knowledge and understanding in his field to be lacking. I have serious doubts about his ability to effectively address and handle the issues at hand. Consequently, I cannot confidently recommend him as a competent professional in his respective field.

I agree with all the negative reviews and experienced the same as they described. Felt like a complete waste of time.

Dr. Gall vacuumed both my ears of WAX. Not much for conversation, but did explain the procedure.

What a piece of work this quack is. Do the profession a favor and retire. He won't listen to a word a patient says to him and at the 15 minute mark he gets up from his chair opens his office door and says good bye, whether you are still talking to him or not. WORST DOCTOR I have ever encountered.

Very brief. In and out in about 10 minutes. He made a weak sale on a deviated septum surgery, and left the office without even examining the throat issue that initiated the referral.

Zero star Dr.

He didn't even have time to find out why I was sitting in his office.

I was seen by Dr. Gall while in hospital, he refused to listen to me. Said I had tonsillitis and sent home (tonsils removed yrs ago) when I had deep neck space cellulitis and nearly died. I was in hospital for a week on heavy duty antibiotics and pain relievers.

I think the world of Dr. Gall. He has been my ENT for the last 6 years. I’ve had sinus surgery with him and he corrected the issue that presented. At that time, members of the surgical team raved about how he’s an amazing surgeon and that I was in great hands. He is wonderful in follow up; with Heather’s effective and kind involvement, information is relayed to the doctor, and appointments are made, in person or by phone. I so appreciate his Covid protocols and feel safe in the office when scoped. He takes medical issues raised seriously, is not dismissive, and will provide explanations and recommendations as needed. An excellent and caring physician. Heather is very helpful. Efficient operation that serves patients well.
