I am extremely disappointed in Shane and the way he runs his business. He acted like I was family in the room and then when it came time to pay he was only out for my money. I was charged multiple times for things I never even received and his receptionist wouldn't take it off because it's ' not their policy'. Needless to say, I will NEVER be going back.

I was recently a new patient and I had to wait 50 minutes(I was early) my after my scheduled appointment just to see the Dr. I get that he was busy but the staff offered no explanation and the Dr. came into the room acting like the whole thing was normal. I understand that I might have to wait but for him and his staff to act like my time was unimportant really makes it difficult for me to respect him. The staff at the front desk was very unprofessional and the discussion was very inappropriate. I did get relief but it was not worth the aggravation that surrounded the rest of the appointment. I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Dr. McCall is the BEST! I find him to be both knowledgable and professinal. His staff are very polite and friendly. Dr. McCall honestly cares for his patients and he lets you know that. The Best experience in the medical field I have had.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. McCall for 8 years now. He is absolutely the BEST and is so knowledgeable that I run just about everything through him...even if I think it's an issue for my family doctor. Many times he has an effective and logical solution for me and I've experienced more relief from his advice than any other doctor. I'd see him twice a week if he wanted, but that's the topper. He SINCERELY just wants you to feel good - whether that means you see him twice in a year, or twice in a week. Great practice!

I have generally avoided chiropractors as most of them will focus on some injury you had 20 yrs ago and want you to schedule appts 3 times a week for the next year.(Cha-ching$$$) Dr. McCall is NOT that kind of chiropractor. I LOVE this guy! He is fun, caring and wants to make you better as soon as possible. If a few visits cannot do that, he will send you on for further treatment elsewhere. His staff is awesome and the schedule runs efficiently.

Dr. McCall is wonderful! He REALLY cares about his patients and the respect he shows his office staff is really nice to see - he never talks down to anyone.
