This Dr lacks compassion and listening skills. Kindness goes a long way

I have no problems with Dr Thomas Lenzmier and I have not seen Sonia but the PA (Briana) has been less than helpful. She has no bed side manner and I believe lacks knowledge which is especially troubling when you're going in with major issues. She doesn't care about her patients and is very rude!!!

I have gone several times with my daughter to see her. I have not been impressed with her impersonal attitude. Virtually no eye contact. She spends more time staring at her computer. When she was told how well she is doing, there were no "pats on the back" or "good going" or any comments of encouragement. Bedside manner is 0! My daughter needs to find another doctor.
