I have been seeing Michael as my doctor for several years and I strongly believe he should have retired before that time. He doesn’t appear to be lucid at times and repeatedly asks the same questions not remembering the answers from moments before.
Wait times have usually been around 1 hour and staff always seems to be arguing with someone on the phone. I find the reception staff and Michael quite dismissive.
I find it hard to rate knowledge because there have been times where I felt he was helpful but also times where I felt he dismissed (and occasionally laughed at) my concerns.
People in the office and the pharmacy seem generally frustrated with him. I wouldn’t normally post something like this, but I strongly think he shouldn’t be practicing. I will be changing doctors as soon as possible.

DR M has been my doc my entire life. I love him. He has been great with me. Fixed me up a few times now. He always remembers the stupid things I did as a child. Great Doc.

Dr. O’Mahoney should not be practising I just left his office he was completely incoherent and almost falling out of his chair. I’ve been going for MRIs CT scans and ultrasounds for the past two years He doesn’t discuss the results with me he just shuffles the papers and tells me to rebook it in another six months I have a issue with a head injury that has been bothering me he looked at it and his diagnosis was “don’t worry to go away”.
He misdiagnosed 3 of my relatives white very serious health issues. I fear vim next He wants me to be part of a study. I said no I need some results now and I work out of town it’s not possible The nurse kept insisting and said she would call me when there was an opening. Really!!
I’ll go to a clinic before I go back.
If you can’t talk, can’t write and can’t communicate test results. RETIRE please The last time I was there his nurse had to write the prescription

Michael was my husband's doctor for 50 years. To this day I've never heard the results of the original blood test, never heard from the doctor the whole 5 months he was sick. Two weeks after he passed, I got a message saying they would like to talk to him about some test results!

Dr.Mike is a piece of work. After telling me to find a new doctor after I refused to take my shirt off for him, i found one and he continued to bill OHIP as if I was his patient.
