I have been a patient of Dr. Hanet for 7 years. I would say the past 5 years when I go in it seems as if he is rushed and doesn't want to be there, most issues are chocked up to eh it's nothing don't worry about it.There is little to no explanation of anything. It seems as if he has no interest in my concerns. Also after telling him my son had the chicken pox 3 separate times (because everytime he brished it off) he almost gave him the vaccine for it - the only reason why he didn't is just before he was about to stick him with the needle I asked what the needles were for. (he didn't tell me before he was about to stick him and he seemed annoyed I was asking what he was about to inject into my child) overall I only go to him if I absolutely have to and I'm on this site to find a new doc.

What I like about Dr. Hanet is that he doesn't push drugs and tests. However, if he sees you are concerned he will refer. I think he is a great doctor, great for kids as well. My not be the most empathetic doctor, but makes up for it in knowledge.

Good with kids...not so good with adults. I was under Dr. Hanet's care through my pregnancies; found him to be a good obstetrician & my kids really like him. He is great for minor issues probably not appropriate for any medical isues to do with mental health (depression, mood disorders etc...). Its almost as if it makes him uncomfortable. He can be dismissive but has a 'dont fix what isn't broken' philosophy that I appreciate at times.

Dr. Hanet delivered me, and I've been seeing him off and on ever since, for the last 27 years. He is a caring doctor, and if he seems rushed it is because the clinic is too busy.

Dr. Hanet is a bit hard to gage. Sometimes he can be attentive and other times he can totally blow you off. That clinic has too many patients, needs more nurses. Dr. Hanet needs to slow down and take more time with his patients. I have known Dr. Hanet for 39 years, but he has only been my Dr. for the last 8. I had another dr. at the clinic who was about to retire so I switched.

I'm a new obstetrics patient of Dr. Hanet's and have seen him three times in the last two months. I find him to be very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. He's easy to talk to and answers all my questions thoroughly. The office can be a bit chaotic, but the staff are helpful and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes or so.

A great doctor! nice, caring, knowlegdeable and over all a great human being. I don't know what other people are talking about regarding not listening. Sure, he doesn't do a cat scan when you have a headache but when I was getting a toenail remvoval (very painful) he gave me extra painkiller when he saw my discomfort. He did everything he could to do a great job. Truly fantastic

I find Dr. Hanet exactly the physician I need and want. He is very pleasant, listens, and acts upon my requests. Some patients mistake efficiency for being uncaring... not me. I like his style, but his receptionist is treacherous.

I had a very negative experience with him, found him to be arrogant and insensitive. It's unfortunate that his ego gets in the way of doing his job. Seems more intent on showing off in front of interns, rather than attending the needs of his patients. Time to find a new career.
