On my first appointment, Dr. Keeling was right on time. When I was in the examining room, he seemed very rushed. For my follow up appt (which I booked with him), I never even saw the doctor, just his helpers. I didn't have the opportunity to tell him my treatment did not work or cover some of the areas we didn't even get to in the previous visit. I found his reception staff to be quite rude and unprofessional. I was 'forgotten' on my 2nd visit and ended up waiting an hour, even though I approached them about how long I'd been waiting and they brushed me off with a 'just wait your turn'. I will say that Josee who does lazer treatment is really great. I met with her at both appointments and she was courteous, friendly and helpful. She was very caring and did a great job.

Arrogant and condescending attitude. Would never go to see him again.

Dr. Keeling took the time to interrupt me repeatedly while I was trying to explain the history of my skin problem. He made faces like he was exasperated and then told me to, "Just listen...I am the doctor, I am the specialist!" He raised his voice and was very condescending and rude. It was total 360 from my initial visit. This guy has some sort of mental issues. While being reprimanded by this man who felt he was a superior being, I was so upset that I was fighting tears and left shaking. I will never see him again and was truly disappointed as I really liked him after the first visit.

Yelled at me in session and I felt anxious all the time I saw him. He also wrote my pharmasist a fax that promoted my pharmasist to contact me and communicate this to me out of concern. I felt he was unprofessional and did not understand my needs.

Follow up on a comment about Linda. I have known Linda for 3 1/2 years now. We met at Dermatica and I have never before met such a nice and giving person. She has always been there for me and Dr. Keeling has made a very, very, VERY wise move for hiring her. I now go see Dr. Keelings because Linda is there and I am very loyal to her. Linda if your reading this thanks again for everything over the past 3 1/2 years! So far I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Keeling as a dermatologist.

Dr. Keeling is a physician and by implication an academic. Yet, unlike so many of his colleagues he is not socially retarded. He possesses a reassuring bed-side manner, calming your fears while clearly explaining your condition and detailing the best available treatment. He is concise, informed and does not talk down to his patients. Dr. Keeling could work anywhere he chooses – he is just that good. We are fortunate he has agreed to make Edmonton his home. - Steve

A "let's get to it" doctor. I trust his judgements.

I can't believe the comments about Linda. I saw Dr. Lubitz for years and never did I meet a more pleasant, knowledgable and thoughtful girl. I am happy that she has moved over to Dr. Keeling, as he is now my Doctor and the two make a great team. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Keeling is a really great Doctor...he helped with a rash that just wouldn't clear up, But ..I think her name is Lisa or Linda...she treated me poorly.. she comes across so fake. I think she represent Dr. Keeling poorly, and he should consider replacing her.
