I had 3 craniotomy back in 2003 because I had an aggressive benign brain tumor. He was my neurosurgeon for all 3 surgeries. He is an excellent surgeon

My husband consulted with Dr. Kureshi today for his back issue. He explained the situation and made recommendations that did not include surgery. He was very open and honest with us about the potential risks and benefits to any surgical option. He obviously had the patient in mind during the consult. I am so grateful to have been referred to him by a colleague (who also is a neurosurgeon). As a nurse for many years, I can tell he was the best kind of surgeon- one who didn't think everything can be fixed with a knife.

I have been in pain for over 3 years and after jumping through the medical hoops I finally got a referral for Dr. Kureshi. He is amazing! I had neck surgery 8 weeks ago and I am healing well and in no pain. The staff are all very nice and no long wait time in the waiting room.

He performed a 2 level lumbar disk fusion on me and it did not go well. I am in more pain now than before. Been seeing him for a year trying to get help but his staff does not return phone calls and he does not seem interested in helping me. He keeps sending me for the same treatments that do not help. He's great if everything goes well. But if there's a problem he doesn't have a clue what to do. He's ruined my life.

After consults with 3 different neurosurgeons I chose Dr. Kureshi for my lumbar fusion and could not be happier with the outcome. He was attentive to my needs and my recovery has been free from any complications.

Dr. Kureshi is the best in southern California! He performed back surgery on me a year ago and I went from being completely immobile to now being able to run a marathon! Thank you Dr. Kureshi for giving me my life back. The absolute best around!

Dr Kureshi performed surgery on a family member who became ill from a surgical infection. We know that sometimes that happens & said nothing. We were surprised at how defensive he became when the lab results came back & he wanted to ensure the fault wasn't his and to the extent he suggested we somehow we at fault for the internal infection & bacteria only acquired in an OR. He seemed friendly and charming at first but then IMO was entirely unprofessional. Disappointed to hear his complaining about & blaming. More concerned about a bottom line & sports cars than people.
