Not very happy with this Doctor and have called twice now and still no call back from her for two days. Chronic uti and not feeling good. It’s a shame she can’t even call us back. O stars from my family

I love Doctor Hess and her staff. This is the best doctors office I ever had. If I had to change doctors due to my insurance change I would pay out of pocket just to keep her as a doctor. Doctor Hess and her staff listens not hears patients concerns and feelings they not only voice their thoughts and concerns but they also listens and value yours as well. I also love her nurse I can't remember her name but she has the best bed side manners any patient could ask for she would be a Excellent instructor in teaching nurses on proper bedside manners Love You, Dr. Hess and staff keep up the awesome job go team Hess!
