You people in Calgary got a fantastic DR. Elias Soumbasis, He was our GP for years in the Ituna, Melville area, He was smart, quick to get you off to specialists, and after surgery care like none I have seen since.

I had been dealing with back issues for over 20 years when I was referred to Dr. Soumbasis. After decades of being told there was nothing wrong it was amazing to meet such an incredible Dr. and genuinely good person. He was the first medical professional to listen to me and and actually work to find a solution. Through his guidance and assistance I was able to get in to see a brilliant surgeon who offered to take me on and help me get my life back. If not for Dr. Soumbasis' ability to empathize and work to identify my issues I would still be living day to day with little to no hope of getting back the quality of life I have lost.

We in Calgary are fortunate to have this devoted Physician. He truly cares and takes the time to explain his findings and what to do to resolve your issue. He referred me to a Surgeon in regards to my spine problem and it was resolved by surgery. He is knowledgeable and courteous. I give him full marks and recommend this Excellent Doctor to anyone who wants an excellent evaluation.

Dr. Soumbasis has been my family physician for well over 10 years and I am so grateful to have him for support. When I was going through some really tough times he would call before his day started to check on me. He would also march me next door to have a specialist squeeze me in when things weren’t looking so good. He’s the best.

I cannot even begin to count my blessings when it came to Dr. Soumbasis. He is very thorough, make sure I understand what is going on with my spine and follow up with me all the time. I couldn’t have done this journey with issues about my back and neck without him. He see the big picture and make sure I understand every step of the way. His staff are also amazing! Thankful for a dr. like him when I feel that I am losing it. He is best of the best!!

I feel so lucky to have Dr. Soumbasis as my doctor. I have been seeing him for around 6 or 7 years. He is very thorough, and has a wonderful personality. You can really talk with him about your concerns. I have known doctors in the past, where the conversation was one-sided! If you can get in to see him, you won't be disappointed. There is a reason he's so busy!

Dr Soumbasis and his staff obviously care about their patients. We have been looked after by Dr Soumbasis for tha past 10+ years. Dr is very thorough and will always take time to investigate further any issues we may have.
