Very compassionate. Helped me through a very difficult time. Never lost patience with me and didn't give up until she discovered what my problem was.

Trust her completely and her compassion far exceeds other doctors I've seen in my lifetime. She makes sure you understand her diagnosis.

Although I find Dr. Boyd extremely knowledgeable, her staff is completely out of line. When I call for an apppointment they seem to want to "diagnosis" my problem. Go to school for 8 years and then we'll talk.

Does not want to hear what I want to tell her. Always apologizes for being late but is always late. Staff in her office are not polite, with no sense of humor almost make you feel your are bothering them. "What do you want know."

There is no doctor like this one! She is one of a kind. My family and myself have known, loved and been cared for by this person we are so glad to not only call our doctor but also a friend. She may not be ontime but she does the best she can do to keep up with a very hectic schedule. Emergencies do happen. Appointments may take a while to get in but her time is spread between the many people she has to look after. Her care is Excellent, her knowledge is excellent and the only way i can rate this MD is EXCELLENT!

In the 20 years she's been my doc, I have never felt a "connection" or that she truly knows me. Just another patient. I see her a couple times a year and she's ok but I wouldn't recommend her.
