I have been seeing Dr. Boyd since I was 16 and I'm now in my late 30s. She has helped me through some difficult times and has always acted professional and kind. She knows her stuff and is very competent. I hope that her office staff understand that although they have a lot of pressure dealing with patients on the phone and at the desk, they can be very rude, and unprofessional, which doesn't fit with the doctors in the office. I don't mean to offend anyone, but maybe there needs to be more assistance up front to allow the front line reception to have more time to de-stress when things get crazy upfront.

This is Tina. Those of you that have been going to Dr.Boyd for a long time will know that I worked for her for > 20 yrs. This doctor is a one of a kind. I know this doctor very well and know she provides more than excellent family medical care. She believes in preventative medicine and she has been a life saver to many she cares for. She works very hard, does her job professionally, efficiently & with extreme compassion. She loves her job...it is blaitently obvious that she cares about everyone she looks after. She goes way beyond what is required as a patients physician to help all that she can. She is very up to date and is very special. Now I have to comment on the nasty comments made by the people about the receptionists. Their job is not an easy one. The questions they ask are questions they have been told too.Sometimes they may not seem friendly but sometimes dealing with ill or angry patients causes frustration. Most would not believe what they sometimes go through.Be nice!

I HAVE HAD YET ANOTHER EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF AT THAT OFFICE....SURELY THE VOICES OF THE PAITENTS IN SUCH LARGE NUMBERS SHOULD BE LISTENDED TOO! THE DOCTOR IS GREAT IF YOU CAN GET PAST THOSE OBVIOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONISTS THAT OBVIOUSLY HATE THEIR JOBS!

Hey all you people out there rating her punctuality...."while I am here, can you?" "I brought my son/daughter with me for you to..." "I brought my list" "Do you think you could squish me in?" "I really didn't know the form was due in 2 days" "I just want to make sure that the Doctor at the walk in did the right thing" MAYBE WE SHOULD RATE THE PATIENTS they are the ones making her behind and them walking in unscheduled is partially to blame for her being behind. Nevermind the millions of different issues that need to be dealt with each day. GIMME A BREAK! This doctor is awesome.

Agree entirely with the unprofessional staff.I have been tempted to tell Dr.Boyd what horrible ninkompoops she has working for her.Dr.Boyd is a good doctor but I feel as though she dismisses alot of what I tell her and doesn't seem to have the time to really listen

IF SHE WAS SO SMART WHY DOES SHE LET INCONSIDERATE, RUDE IDIOTS RUN HER OFFICE? I have never been so disgusted before until then. Think twice about this Dr. Someone should tell this DR to take a back seat and watch how other offices are run with their staff.

Very kind, patient doctor. Has a great bedside manner. The office staff, unfortunately, are rude and often unpleasant.

I have been going to her since I was 16, after I gave birth to my babies they now go to her. It will be a very sad day when she's done with the medical life.

I've been going to Dr. Boyd for about 27 yrs. Very good, helpful and supportive. Very compassionate and caring. Very thorough in dealing with problems occuring. Follow-ups very good. Really like her.
