Wonderful Doctor - very knowledgable and will not stop investigating until he has an answer and doesn't hesitate to call in other specialists. The best.

Can be quite arrogant at times and basically ignore any comments or questions regarding alternative medicines. Or when a questions is asked about a drug that he wants to perscribe he really won't say much. Its seems like he thinks a simple patient couldn't possibly understand the medical aspects so why explain it to us. He also really likes to show off the fact that YOU the patient need HIM to be healthy, ie "why didn't you come to me sooner during this episode", or "i told you you should have listened to me about so-and-so". He does seem knowledgable however, and can be friendly on occasion.

I found Dr. S very empathic and kind, he answered all my questions. The scope down the throat is not the most pleasant experience, but Dr. S and staff were kind, efficient, and supportive.

An Awful experience.Has no people skills .Does not care.Likely will hand you a phamplet and take care of your own problem.Very rude.I'm so glad I dumped him for someone much better.

In slightly different circumstances, I would have charged this man with assault. My time with him was a brutal experience, one I would never repeat.

The worst doctor I have ever been to, and I've seen alot. As a very young, very sick girl, the trip to see him almost devastated me. He was soooo unbelievably rude, cold and heartless, he left me feeling like I would be better off dead. Now, as a 40 woman living life in much better health, no thanks to him, I cannot think of a worst, low, scarier time in my life than when I saw this doctor. Would rather see a vet!!!

Dr.S. saved my life. After many yaers of seeing Doctors he was the one to put his finger on the problem and I am here today because of his care.

I found Dr. Sylwestrowicz to come off as a jerk.. mean to say but when I went in to talk to him about my problem, it seemed that he was just shrugging me off, trying to tell me that my problem was not relevant to another. He would not let me finish what I was saying, he would just cut me off. I was very angry and frustrated with him when I left. After I had my procedure done about a week later it was like I had met a completely different man. This time he was nice and polite and let me finish what I was saying. I think sometimes he just needs to remember that 1st impressions are important.

I found this doctor extremely compassionate and willing to listen to my needs and concerns. Very knowledgeable but easy to talk to. Does not do unnecessary testing.

this doctor finally took the time to listen to my husband when his family doctor(not his regular one as he has been on sick leave) never did. after almost 2.5 months of losing weight,nausea, and diarrhea this specialist did the proper testing, diagnosed the problem that my husband has had 2 times in the past and started him on proper medications. All that could have been avoided if the family doctor would have taken the time to look through the chart records and seen that the symptons were the same as before and what the regular doctor always did. this specialist is very thorough and caring and did follow up calls to make sure my husband was better and that the family doctor was arranging the follow up blood tests. keep up the great work Dr. Sylwestrowicz!
