Bottom line, Dr. Lee treats my medical problems effectively. Some days Dr. Lee is polite. Most days, he seems stressed or having a bad day. In one occasion, there was a misunderstanding about the medical treatment, when I came back, Dr. Lee attitude was as if I were careless or did not not care about getting better. Our Doctor-patient relationship make it seem like I am just another insurance bill. Office staff is good. Virginia Hospital Center is not my choice hospital for the area.

I saw Dr. Lee for a follow-up visit. I had undergone a biopsy the previous week by his partner who was out of town, and unfortunately, the diagnosis was tonsil cancer. Even though it was my first time meeting him, he answered all my questions and explained the pros and cons of each treatment option. He recommended radiation and chemotherapy due to the functional side effects of surgery. The recommendation was in line with that of two other doctors. The visit took quite a while so I know that other patients were kept waiting because of me. But I appreciated the extra time.

Arrogant and rude. Short visit. Did not explain his oppinion very well and when I called him on the phone to clarify something he called back and was VERY rude on the phone. I understand what I have is a common problem now but he did not clarify very well and rushed through the visit and sounded irritated on the phone. Staff was ok. Im sure hes a smart Doc. just arrogant and rude. Not going back in the future, bad first visit. Not personal at all.

I went to him for a problem that I have had for almost 5 years, and had seen 2 previous ENT's about. He offered almost no help at all. He basically had no idea what might have been wrong, and didn't seem to really care either. He told me to go home and take an over the counter medication.

I have had severe Meniere's Disease for the past ten years and discovered this past October I would have to have a total thyroidectomy. Knowing the surgery would be challenging due to my meniere's I went to see a general surgeon that I knew and respected but a dear friend (and nurse) I knew recommended I should see a good ENT for the surgery and highly referred Dr. Lee. It was one of the best health decisions I have ever made! He was very caring, very understanding and extremely thorough when explaining both the surgery and the follow thru afterwards I would have to have to find the right hormone dosage for me ... the office staff was wonderful and I just can't say enough good things about this prcatice! Very Highly Recommend!!!!

I also was mis-diagnosed by the first doctor I went to. Dr. Lee told me that I had chronic tonsillitis and performed a tonsillectomy on me. He was very understanding and caring and answered all of my questions. He told me exactly what to expect from the surgery and even called me the day after surgery to make sure I was doing okay. Prior to seeing him I had been sick off and on for 6 months straight. He performed surgery on me about 3 months ago, and I haven't been sick since. I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone. One of the most compassionate doctors I've ever been to.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee. I was misdiagnosed by another doctor, and Dr. Lee was able to cure my condition in no time. Highly recommended. (I could be mistaken, but it doesn't sound like the first poster went to the same doctor.)

I don't know if the first reviewer went to the same office. The staff is extremely friendly! I had been suffering from vertigo for a month, and Dr. Lee cured me after one visit! While he was doing the maneuver, he explained why I was getting so dizzy. I don't now why I waited so long to see a doctor! He's very friendly and smiles a lot!
