Dr. Lee is horrible. He may be smart but I've never had such a bad experience with a doctor, and that's been two visits now. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall and ended up waiting longer in the exam room then seeing Dr. Lee. He said nothing when I mentioned symptoms I was having, said the same exact thing he said on my first visit, and before I was finished said I could go. He even asked why I came in the first place. ("Well, I don't know doc. You said I have this degenerative hearing condition and I had to have a follow-up.)

I'm never seeing this doctor again and tempted to contact the other doctor's in his practice.

Dr. Lee is knowledgeable but arrogant when dealing with patients. He rushed me and I felt like he had an opinion before I even finished answering his questions. I also felt like he did not want to be there or as if my concern was not relevant. I'm not sure if he's like this with other people but this was my impression from my (first) visit to his office. I do not recommend him and do not plan on going back.

He literally saved my life with 2 surgeries after another ENT doctor screwed up. He is incredibly knowledgable, polite, and clear, and will make himself available to help out. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Lee was rude, short and dismissive the one time I saw him (and when he followed up with me by phone, a good three weeks after the test results were in). I discovered on my own what was causing my symptoms -- it was a reaction to a prescription drug that Dr. Lee had dismissed as "rare." Why bother to see patients if you can't be troubled to listen to and try to help them? No way would I go there again.

I have heard my wife complain about a Doctor's service before but this was amazing. My son told his mother that he had lodged a Lego piece in his nose and couldn't get it out. I immediately went to the ER where two different doctors looked but didn't see anything. However, we did a cat scan just to make sure, which appeared negative. We took a cat scan because I brought a sample of the lego piece to the ER and they took an X-ray and determined it wouldn't show. Foolow-up the next morning with Dr. Lee... "Yeah, he probably swallowed it or ASPERATED it and if so you will know because he will develope pneumonia and we will have to do some exploratory surgery, that I don't do"-- Hey Doc, want to look at the $1,000 cat scan we did of his head?--"No, go downstairs and have them do an x-ray of his lungs and then go to to the ER if there is a problem..." Really, the x-ray won't pick it up. What a jerk! And beyond rude and flippant.

I went to this doctor for a year and a half and he can't seem to figure out why I keep getting a sore throat. He finally did a tonsillectomy but even after the surgery, I still had sore throats. Last I went to see him, he implied that it was all in my head and there was nothing wrong with me. He even had one of the ear doctors (a female--I forget her name) have a look at my ears and I heard them giggling in the hallway (talking about me as though I am crazy--that everything was all in my head). I eventually went to another doctor. Go somewhere else! This doctor is not professional (and whoever that female ear doctor was -- she was rude as well).

I found Dr. Lee to be quite patient, knowledgeable and explained my allergies and treatment options very thoroughly. It is difficult to get anyone on the phone to order refills but in general the staff is quite courteous.

I must concur with the majority here. Without reservation, Dr. Lee was the most RUDE and ARROGANT physician I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I will NOT return and would NEVER recommend him. Honestly I can't see how he continues to practice. A general lack of concern, kept quizzing me about my HIV status (negative) and it was as if i had to hold his feet to the fire to get him to conduct an examination of my sinuses. Finally, he concurred that I did indeed have an infection draining on the right side. In one word I would sum him up as RUDE!!! Save yourself the time and frustration... I would take my chances with a doc-in-the-box before I would go back.
