He is very proficient. He treated me and my high blood pressure and it became normal. My creatinine level also dropped considerably.

He is the best, I have been with him since 2000. He is listening to the patient what else can you complaint.....

He is inhumane and very bad bed side manner. He told my loved one that there is no hope and that my loved one is going to die. He likes to put his patient spirit down . He has no compassion. He spent 2 minutes with patient " to say that the patient is going to die" and he wrote on the billing that he spent 60 minutes. So not only he has bed side manner but he is dishonest too.

Overall, Dr. Mahoney is an excellent physician who very candidly and thoughtfully explains issues in terms that are meaningful to me, as a patient. on several occasions, he has generously spent extra time with me concerning more sensitive issues. He provides excellent information and thoroughly answers my questions. I have gotten very positive responses from other medical people when I've informed them that he is my nephrologist.
