If your older and have dementia and pain he won’t prescribe anything. He says well with his health and age there isn’t much we can do. Take Tylenol
which isn’t enough for his pain. Switch Drs and now diagnosed with Cancer. Shame on you Dr Caners.
I would not recommend him he is heartless and a idiot

I have never waited longer than 30 minutes to see him and that was unusual. My appointments usually start on time. I have been seeing him for 40 years and he doesnt rush you through. He listens to your concerns and doesnt hesitate to recommend an excellent specialist if needed. My sons also go to him. He is an excellent doctor and anyone would be fortunate to have him as their doctor.

I've been seeing dr Xaners my entire life. And he's always been fantastic. I came to him recently with what i thought were migraines. I was getting them once or twice a week. He gave me an alternative diagnoses and a treatment plan, and I've hardly had a "migraine" since! He saced my sanity haha

My grandparents have been going to Caners for decades. He has NO understanding about Manitoba Senior Housing entry process. My grandparents could not live at home any longer. They suffered from dementia and paranoia. They did not remember to take their medication. They could not cook or clean for themselves anymore. They fell often. It was very discouraging when he did not give us a referral for an assessment for senior housing. His only suggestion was part time home care. Caners does NOT have my grandparents best interest.
