Absolutely recommend Dr. Roy and his staff! They are friendly and punctual. Dr. Roy has a great personality and handles issues promptly.

Dr. Roy was the only doctor we trusted to take care of our son. He took his time explaining in detail the procedure and continued to follow up with us after his surgery. Dr. Roy's thoroughness and follow through really helped put us at ease during a very stressful time. Highly recommend Dr. Roy!

My teenage son had his tonsils removed by Dr. Roy. The tonsils were extremely enlarged. Dr. Roy did an excellent job. My son did not have any abnormal bleeding and we were very grateful since his tonsils were so big his oral surgeon refused to remove his wisdom teeth for fear his massive tonsils would cause complications. I really appreciate the repeated phone calls from Dr. Roy checking on my son's condition. I also appreciate the sympathy he expressed knowing the surgery was very painful for a 17 year old boy.

Dr. Roy was referred to me by several people and my friend circle. My son was seen by Dr. Roy for his tonsils and adenoids. I was particularly impressed by Dr. Roy's staff. He took particular care and making sure I was comfortable with the procedure and answered all my questions. His bedside manner was great. Not only would I go back to Dr. Roy for my two other children, but I would refer him highly. Clearly the earlier comment is no indication of Dr. Roy's surgical skill set or bedside manner.

Dr. Roy has below average bedside manner. I did not get a good feeling when I took my daughter to have her evaluated for a possible tonsillectomy. I ended up seeing another ENT who later performed her surgery. I would recommend getting a second opinion.

My son is 3 years old and had tubes put in by Dr. Roy. The entire experience was wonderful. The staff and Dr. Roy did a great job of explaining the procedure and making my son and myself feel safe. The surgery itself lasted less than ten minutes and my son recovered exceptionally well. Once he returned to the recovery room, he was ready to leave within about 30 minutes and was ready to eat. He recovered so well that he requested to eat lunch at a local Japanese steakhouse which he calls "the fire place." We literally left the surgery center and went to lunch where my son acted as if nothing had happened. No one would have been able to tell that he had just had a procedure. He was clapping and smiling while watching the cook on the hibachi grill. I highly recommend Dr. Roy for anyone that needs an ENT.
