Horrible experience. Dr Roy is condescending, rude and was dismissive of all of my concerns. He was in a hurry and the appointment was rushed. As a busy mom of 5, it took a lot for me to finally make an appointment for this long-standing issue. And he interrupted me multiple times, dismissing all of my concerns. I left with no plan of action, this was a complete waste of time.

Dr. Roy seemed to not respect me as a patient, he only spoke to the person I brought with me and didn't explain anything. He also seemed dismissive of my other medical issues. The staff were friendly though.

Wish I could have given zero stars for helpfulness. Dr Roy did not listen and was not helpful at all for my son’s ear issues. Asked me what to do when he’s the doctor!

I had a concern about his secretary and his staff the only one he defended was Danielle his secretary before I gave him my concerns about her he was already giving excuses about her actions explaining to me how she is the best worker how she was just doing her job before I could even explain my concerns about her there’s obviously something going on between them too and this is not right in the professional field they should be separated

I highly recommend Dr Roy. He listened to my issues and spent time to discuss the options. When we decided on surgery, he explained the procedure and his concerns. The surgery went very well, and I feel so much better. It’s life-changing to have my sense of smell and taste again. I even sleep better now. Dr Roy is the best ENT I’ve ever had.

Dr. Roy recently operated on both of my twin boys- 17 months old and in need of ear tubes. One also needed to have his adenoids removed. I can't speak more highly of the level of care and attention we received from Dr. Roy and his staff. From all of our appointments taking place either on time or as soon as we got there (when early) to the level of attention and care we were given during each step of the process, I can honestly say that Dr. Roy surpassed my highest expectations. I whole-heartedly recommend him to any parents in need of ENT services for their children.

We were very impressed with Dr. Roy's knowledge, professionalism and care. He explained things very clearly. He actually ran after us as we were leaving to ask if there was anything we needed because he noticed we were sitting in waiting room after our appointment. (had to feed our infant) A doctor that goes out of his way for concern for his patients is rare. We had a little misunderstanding at check in with his front office staff, but they took ownership and apologized for the oversight. In fact, the staff member emailed me to apologize again. We are so glad we were referred to Dr. Roy. We will definitely recommend.
