Very patient and calm. Does not direct you to a specialist unnecessarily. Helps to put parents at ease with his calm demeanor. I highly recommend Dr. Basow and his staff.

Kind, common-sensical, knowledgeable, down to earth. Takes concerns seriously, listens to patient and family, reassuring but never patronizing or dismissive. Takes time, is great at engaging kids and parents alike. Great combination of warm personality and medical savvy. Highly recommended!
