I called the office to make an appt to see dr. Moore and the representative who answered the phone was terrible. I told her I was a new patient wanting to schedule an appointment since I am expecting a baby. After she took my personal info she placed me on hold. After about 5 minutes she returns and tells me that because my insurance is free I had to pick from a selection of only two new doctors. I told her I did not want a new dr. since I would like a doctor who has been on the field for a couple years. She proceeded to warn me that once I made an appointment I couldn't change my mind and go with a different doctor from their clinic.

Earlier that day I called my insurance provider and asked them to give me a list of doctors that accept my insurance and Dr. Moore was on that list so I can't explain why I was refused service. I was disappointed to hear such an unprofessional lady answering the phone. I am glad I found out how unethical this clinic is and happy to say I will not be returning.

I love both the nurse and doctor. When the doctor delivered me she was joking around and reminding me of something I said at one of the doctors visits. I couldn't believe she remembered me like that. She really cares for her patients. She was 8 months pregnant when she delivered me and I just found out she delivered 7 ppl the day before she delivered. Dr Moore is seriously like a super hero!

My only complaint is the billing department of women's health. They make you pay all in advance. And now they owe me a credit and it is taking well over a month to get. So stupid.

Her nurse doesnt listen to patients. The nurse has no bed side manners. I think the nurse name is Inca. Everytime you need a refill you play phone tag with nurse because you dont get to speak to human you must leave a message that the nurse obviously does not listen too. I get so frustrated when having to deal with this nurse. Once i was having medical issue needed to schedule appointment registrar would not schedule me said I had to be referred by primary when I am already a patient of this office. Otherwise I like the doctor.

The staff can be rude and tough. Delsy is really rude she doesn’t have any touch as for pregnant woman that sometime what we need is support.
