Dr. Roscoe has been my 3 y/o's pediatrician since birth solely by my choice. We interviewed Dr. R before my daughter was born and he was very frank and honest about his opinions and methods of treatment - which was incredibly refreshing! Even at 3, my daughter loves going to his office because all of the staff there treats you like you're family. The office is also very kid-friendly with a different "theme" in each room (they have designated "sick" vs. "healthy" rooms too, which I love - my daughter has NEVER gotten sick after being there, while I can't say the same about other family members' kids in their dr.'s offices!) They've fit us in same-day every time for a sick visit and are willing to listen to you about treatments, medications, etc. and any concerns you have. He takes the time to explain everything and answer even the silliest questions and NEVER makes you feel over-concerned or stupid. I just love Clown Pediatrics and would never recommend anyone else!

I love, love, love Dr. Roscoe and his staff. My children have been patients for nearly 6 years and they love the office. They are very comfortable with Dr. Roscoe and his nurse practitioners. Very caring, gentle, happy, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with anything in this office. They schedule my appts immediately, work my kids in the day of when they are ill, and always call me back with issues. The office is very clean, loving, and creative! I would recommend Dr. Roscoe to anyone as I have in the past!! Thank you Dr. Roscoe!!!

This doctor is wonderful. He really cares about the child. His staff was somewhat 'stiff' the first time I was there, but I think they were just really busy, because they are all super friendly now. My son, has said he want's to grow up to be a doctor just like him when he grows up.

An excellent Pediatrician. Dr. Roscoe and his staff are always courteous, very prompt w/ response to your calls. They have extended hours, & hours on Saturdays as well. Their staff is friendly w/ kids and very knowledgeable. They always keep in mind Patient's & families' concern, requests, listen, advice. They try their best to keep # of visits for the baby to minimal, keeping a goodwill thought of patients expenditures w/ co-pay and finances. Very generous w/ samples, books, and healthy visit incentives for kids. We love Dr. Roscoe and his team. I have met other parents coming from far cities, and who would travel just to keep Dr. Roscoe and his team as their family pediatrician :) I would recommend Clown pediatrics in a heartbeat to friends and family. Staff is unfriendly. Doesn't seem to care and gave me a run around about scheduling an appointment for my infant daughter (at the time, 1 year ago) and she had GERD (acid reflux) and this doctor would REFUSE to treat her and kept telling me "spit up is normal" or "she will grow out of it at 1 year", but my child was fussy and screaming non-stop. He was the 1st doctor and I feel as if he neglected my daughter's needs and I changed doctor's twice after him and now go to SouthPoint pediatrics and love it! My daughter had to take Zantac (generic to help her problem) and this doctor refused to even listen or care. He would just keep saying "change formulas" or repeat himself several times on the same things that I had done tried.
