Dont even know this practice anymore after 4 yrs...the good PAs have left. Now you're talked down to if you have chronic pain, dr will give you as many injections as insurance allows but when they dont work, he can't make any money off you. Sheriff deputies were there the last two times and NOT as patients...get your records before they're shut down.

Doctor Dawson does not have a grasp of the relationship between chronic pain and anxiety disorder or depression. He seems to believe that the two conditions aren't related and refuses to treat anxiety caused by osteoarthritis. He will not be able to help you with any type of anxiety that is caused by pain, in fact he refuses to understand how the two are closely related. He's interested in speedy profit at the cost of true wellness. Severe pain can cause anxiety but he refuses to accept that. Closed minded and callous in my opinion. Apparently he thinks everyone is a drug addict despite the relationship between anxiety/depression and severe pain. Perhaps one day he will experience both of these things simultaneously and that will help him to understand.

Dr Dawson is an excellent doctor. His staff has gone down hill since the summer. The office manger acts like she owns the place, she is rude and is so unprofessional. Don't ask for a call back, she doesn't have time!

I've been going to Dr. Dawson for over 3 years and not once have I experienced rudeness or incompetency. Everyone from the front receptionist to Dr. Dawson himself have nothing but the patient's feelings in mind. The clinic staff has been wonderful and I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Dawson. He is kind, caring and considerate. If you want a top notch pain management doctor and staff, this is the place to go.

The staff is horrible!!!! Rude rude rude. Especially the assistant to the office manager, Tiffany she was so rude I am amazed that anyone would allow her to represent their office! I will not return and I will spread the word of how awful this office is run.

The front desk women are absolutely horrible and they make you wait and they rather sit there and drink there coffee than help you out also I brought my two children with me not knowing that kids are not allowed there but before today I never had a problem before and all I was going for today was a follow up . I refuse to go back ever again, I will not allow an unprofessional CS treat me that way I will take my business elsewhere
