He Saved my life by referring me to go for chest x-ray on time for breathing issue I had for few years which my PCP could not identify on time. In that one visit I noticed he took the time to review all my past medical records.

I used to go to Dr. Smith when I lived in Tucson previously. After a 7-year absence I returned to Tucson and made an appointment to see him because I had concerns about my blood pressure. The office called and asked if I could come in an hour earlier than my scheduled time which I agreed to do. I arrived as requested and then waited over an hour to actually see the doctor. Once I got in, my concerns were dismissed. He asked a couple of questions about my medical history - like specific dates for tests and visits to doctors where I lived previously. I told him it should all be in my medical records which I had sent over. His answer was, "Oh, I didn't read it. I don't have time." Bottom line, he was disrespectful and pretty much dismissed my concerns. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new primary care physician.

He lets me diagnose myself. No testing or xrays. The staff is not trained well enough and rude in person and on the phone to other patients when I have overheard while sitting in the waiting room. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I've seen Dr Smith several times over the last few years. He listens, takes his time and refers for appropriate tests and/or procedures if needed. I have rarely had to wait for more than a few minutes for him. He's kind and caring.

I took in a very ill family member. He was treated for upper respitory infection. Even though there was an outbreak of measels in school, this dr.failed to notice the beginning of a rash around the hairline. This teen had all the shots and was not supposed to have measels therefore this dr. said he did not have measels. This was sick teenager with a terrible case of measles that showed later in the day.

I saw Dr. Smith when I was having pain and he ordered the right tests although the pain was centralized it turned out I had appendicitis. I was very thankful to his insight and care.

This doctor is great. He is one of the few who listened to my problems and didnt give me a hard time when I needed pain medication. I broke my back in a car accident, and Julie Townstead (the worst) thought I made it up and was just trying to get meds. I commend him for taking each case individually, and not judging people on what they look like, but who they are

Not helpfull at all. Told me to take tylonoll for pains I was having all over my body, tried to tell me I was depressed or something. And thats ALL he did. I dont need a doctor to tell me to take tylonoll! Later I was diagnosed by another doctor with Fibromyalgia!

I liked the professionalism of this dr. Only saw him twice then I moved out of state. First time was for a sinus infection. Second time was for skin tags/wart removal. He has an excellent technique for it. He quickly dips a q-tip in freezing fluid, dabs the wart and then twists the wart with tweezers. The wart looks a little wierd afterward but it falls off in a couple days and leaves none or very little scar. Dr. Smith asks if you exercise and didn't seem to like to hear "uh very little...". Got the message he wants his patients to be well and out there exercising. (I'm about 10 lbs. overweight)
