Dr Lou has been following up with me regularly as I recover from a covid infection. She has gone far beyond what I could ever reasonably expect in terms of reaching out to her network for opinions and consults and has been very supporting and diligent about following up. Her attention and support have been outstanding and I am very glad that she is my family physician.

Dr Lou is patient-focused, understanding and has provided me with proactive care and involved me in health-care decisions. Sometimes there's a sense of a time crunch but that is just life in family medicine these days and she wants to get to action item. I have never felt my issues to be ignored and she has been supportive when I have been pro-active. I hope to continue my relationship with her for as long as possible.

At first, I found Dr.Lou to be off-outing with her bedside manner/patient care because of her abruptness. After a few appointments however, she warmed up quickly and has been very thorough and kind in her care. I feel like I’ve finally found the doctor who is willing to hear my experiences as a POC, and eager to ensure that I have access to the best healthcare. Thank you Dr.Lou

Although, I have found Dr. Lou to be attentive, I have not quite felt comfortable with her. With certain health topics, she would speak with
some hesitation. Once she asked me a very specific question and then retracted on it right after and I felt weird about it.

Best family physician I have ever had. Been a patient for years. I see Dr. Lou regularly and she takes my concerns seriously. Even if Dr. Lou does not have the answer immediately, she'll make the effort to find out or refer you to someone who can.

Dr. Lou is the best family doctor I've had. She is thorough, kind and does not make you feel rushed. She has a nice way of conveying seriousness but also a sense of humour. I feel very lucky to have her as my family doctor.
