The best. Takes his time to explain everything and offers different options to fit the budget. He doesn't seem to be in it for the money, he seems to truly enjoy taking care of people's teeth.
I have seen him for many years and always been grateful that he has a very gentle touch and makes the appointments as pleasant as possible. He made a crown for me about 25 years ago and it's still perfect. I now live in Europe and the dentists here have been impressed by his skill. Dr Nann is a great dentist and a great guy.

Dr. Nann has taken care of my teeth for many years now. He has had many offices and my family and I have always followed him because he cares . He explains everything and gives you options, you aren't "sold" anything. When he works on you he is very gentle. I was worried that he would not reopen after the pandemic , thankfully he is still working hard and I saw him at his Cambie office the other day. Some of the staff have changed but they all seem to be professional. We hope he never retires.

Dr Nann was my dentist for almost 30 years!!! I can't say enough good things about him and his staff over the years. He is now retired and so has Wendy his receptionist. I have been fortunate over the years to have had Dr. Nann as my dentist. He was very knowledgeable and caring. He always explained what he was doing and was very personable.

Most of his patients I believe are now being taken care of by the Simply Wellness Dental team which his office was working out the last couple of years.

I have been seeing Doug Nann for as long as I can remember (more than 20 years, I'll bet) and he is nothing short of a super star. I grew up in a small town in Northern BC, and was traumatized as a kid by a stream of dentists who were TOTAL hacks! I was probably one of Doug's WORST patients when I first saw him, because I was SOOO scared - thanks to my history (equating dentists to AGONY!) Doug could not have been more patient, kind and caring. Because that's exactly who he is! I totally appreciated him then, for his fabulous attitude and his skill at his craft - and I feel the same way today. He always explains what he sees in my mouth, gives me a range of treatment options and then tells me what he's doing (step by step). In addition to all that, he's engaging, thoughtful and funny. As I said - a super star! (Please Doug - don't retire any time soon!!!)

I have been following Dr. Nann since he moved his practice from Burnaby to West Broadway and now to W 7th. Dr. Nann is knowledgable, patient, and skilled. He listens to you, and provides you with treatment options for you to decide on the best course of action. Dr. Nann treats his staff members well, and they are all very friendly and skilled as well. I highly recommend Dr. Nann to anyone in need of an excellent dentist.
