Misdiagnosed a family member that almost died because of it. Does not remember patients histories, or family history. Will be seeking new doctors for remaining family members still stuck there.

Great doctor and very kind and knowledgeable but his receptionist is the worst I’ve ever seen. She sounds very miserable on the phone and is rude, unwelcoming and unpleasant to deal with every time. You almost hate having to call there

We have been patients for over 16 years. Dr. Nayar has navigated our family's health from births to old age. Very kind towards my elderly parents and very patient! He has a relaxed style and a good sense of humour. Very empathetic and helpful with mental health issues. He does run a very busy practice and so, must keep to a schedule. I find all staff pleasant and helpful. I read that some people are not too happy with the frontline person in the office. The nurse/receptionist handles A LOT of issues and may come off as abrupt, but sit and listen in the waiting area to get an idea of phone calls/incoming and outgoing patients,/booking specialist appts,/ workmens' comp/disability claims, etc. to name but a few issues she must deal with. During 'quieter' times, she is engaging and vey pleasant. She just doesn't have a lot of time to deal one on one.

Outstanding bedside manner with myself and my children. Very attentive and empathetic. We are fortunate to have Dr Nayar.

Great Dr. , with a sense of humor, which helps when you are not feeling well or when a procedure is performed that may not be to your liking. I recommend him to anyone.
