Dr. Ocana was there for me when I needed him. He made me tell my entire life story. It was therapeutic and helped me very much. By doing so he was able to figure out many things that I wasn't aware of. I am grateful for his knowledge and how he used it to help me. I've had other doctors claim that ADHD doesn't exist. They are 100% wrong. The data from so much science is there to prove it. Dr. Ocana knows his stuff. After learning so much about ADHD, I was able to put into context why I am the way I am in so many aspects. Medication might not be for everyone but there are other ways to address or work on how you want to improve yourself. Dr. Ocana has displayed compassion with wanting to help me have a better life. Thank you so much for everything you've done for me. I've seen him in person, in real time video, and spoke with him on the phone.

After many attempts to find answers through clinic Drs and a couple of GPs a referral to Dr Ocana with several visits there, my understandings of how and why I had missed out on a richer / fuller life. Dr OCANA opened the tool box I always had yet I had never learned to use. He brought out the deeper meaning of who I am and to this day , I am grateful without measure. Thank you Dr Ocana

Dr. Ocana is an excellent doctor who takes seriously the links between adhd and addiction. He has been the only doctor willing to work with me and because he has, my life has greatly improved. It was a long process of assessment before diagnosing me with adhd and anxiety and even longer before I was able to get adhd medication. He was very careful that I would not get addicted to adhd meds and/or using substances while I am using adhd medication. That has made all the difference in my life. I truly believe he has offered me a life that is higher quality. I am extremely grateful and have always been treated with respect by him.

I went for an ADHD assessment back in 2018. They charged me 200 bucks for a deposit of some sort. Their debit machine was down, so i paid cash. I was suspicious and told my GP and she looked into things. Turns out they were charging MSP for things like them visiting me in medical facility. During that time period i had never been in one. There were other charges pertaining to elder care or something like that…. I was 36 years old. I should have pursued something legally, but his office knew i was on disability at the time and couldn’t fight it.

I have myself to blame. I regrettably chose to ignore the bad reviews and focus on the positive. I wish the negative reviews were over exaggerated, in fact, part of me thought they were exaggerated.

Ocana is one of the most arrogant and condescending people I have come across in my adult life. It was quite jarring to be treated this way, especially considering I gave him a lot of money. When I have questions or concerns about my treatment plan, he rolls his eyes and is visibly annoyed. It seems like he prefers to work with people who will blindly trust him, praise him, have no questions and have zero prior knowledge about ADHD. If this is you, I think you will be ok with him. If you like to advocate for and educate yourself, I don't see this being a good fit.

I reached out to give feedback on my experience. Ocanas website states to not leave "nasty reviews online" and welcomes feedback via email or phone. When I addressed my concerns, Ocana told me he was "disappointed" and told me to "stop arguing" with him. My concerns: wanting to discuss my diagnosis, questions about medications he prescribed and how his behaviour had impacted me. I genuinely expected him to hear me out. This was disappointing.

There are many other ADHD Drs in the city. I deeply regret not seeking out other options. I was referred to Ocana by another healthcare practitioner and didn't take the time to look for someone better qualified to be treating patients.

Disgusting Quack! He will belittle you and tell you you are nothing. Well, I am not nothing in fact I am a lot more than the degrading remarks that came out of your mouth! Stay away with a 10 foot pole! ADHD is a label that he enjoys using to degrade you as a person and he will rattle of all the reasons you are a nobody. He apparently has also broken his client confidentiality agreement too from sources in a very serious way, Stay Away!

Dr. Ocana’s help a few years ago was life changing. I was devastated when he moved away as I was just getting started down this path. My family Dr. is somewhat supportive, but admittedly doesn’t understand ADHD at all and medication management is trial and error. I don’t really have any medical resource or support in managing this disease, just a Dr. willing to continue my prescription. Our system pushed out the best resource we have. Dr. O has an eccentric personality and can be very direct which may put some people off. For ADHD sufferers, this direct approach is the best way to absorb information. He was judgment free and empathetic and understanding in a way I didn’t expect, and he took away some of the delusions I was living with. Thank you Dr. O! I got to see you just before you left as one of your last patients and I very much hope you can come back to regular practice for Vancouver patients.

I've been working with Anthony for almost a year now and he has helped immensely.

I first didn't believe I had ADHD after receiving the diagnosis last year in my late twenties. It was only when I came to visit Anthony, and he started breaking down the reasoning behind some of my behaviors that I understood. He really knows a lot, and communicates it through real life examples related to me.

He has been supportive and understanding during our coaching sessions, and has worked side by side with me in making me my best self.

I find his advice to be very positive and logical, with some funny bits sprinkled in.

Only good thing was that he would let me raise medication like it was Christmas. He was poorly educated on schizophrenia and would make me repeat things that would make me immensely uncomfortable. He was pretty insensitive when I’d open up, and brushed off when I asked him certain things.
